Non-Geographic Numbers

Glemnet helps you to manage incoming calls to your business IP telephone numbers (NGNs) by:

Single translation - calls made to your national or local number are directed to a landline or mobile

Time translation - your national number is redirected to a maximum of 15 alternative landline or mobile numbers: weekend and evening calls can be redirected to different numbers from daytime/weekdays

No-answer divert - unanswered customer calls are redirected to another number, such as another department or call centre

Message box - unanswered customer calls are redirected to an automated message service

Geographic divert - calls from pre-determined geographic areas (postcode, STD code, county, regional TV areas) can be redirected to specific numbers, such as nearest branch, regional call centre, number dealing with a regional marketing campaign and so on.

Call ratio distribution - incoming calls can be distributed proportionally between offices and call centres with differing capacities to deal with calls.
